Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and VitalStep Ltd ("VitalStep," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the VitalStep website and services.

You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Service and you must discontinue use immediately.

Description of Services

VitalStep provides online financial planning tools, calculators, and educational resources designed to help UK residents manage their personal finances. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Financial calculators (mortgage, savings, investment, tax calculators)
• Budget planning and expense tracking tools
• Investment portfolio analysis and recommendations
• Financial goal setting and progress tracking
• Educational content and market insights
• Personalized financial reports and recommendations

User Registration and Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Subscription Services and Billing

Subscription Plans

VitalStep offers various subscription plans with different features and access levels. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Free Service Periods

We offer free access to premium features from the 26th to the 28th of each month. During these periods, all users can access premium calculators and tools without subscription.

Payment and Renewal

• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You are responsible for ensuring payment information is current and accurate
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 30 days of initial purchase for annual subscriptions, subject to our refund policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, an employee, another user, or any other person
• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service
• Use the Service in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the Service

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data you input into our Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use this data to provide our services to you.

These Terms constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and VitalStep regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Service.
